Concrete Cooling Service Areas
We mobilise across the lower 48. These are the markets where placement temperature is hardest and where the work that needs cooling actually concentrates.
How coverage actually works
We are a mobile service. Crews and equipment travel to the project rather than operating out of a fixed branch in every state, which means the practical questions are lead time and mobilisation cost, not whether we cover an area.
Two things drive both. Distance is the obvious one. The less obvious one is that hot-weather season concentrates demand into the same weeks for every contractor in a region, so the calendar fills unevenly and a date that was easy in April is not necessarily easy in July.

What changes state to state
- Humidity, more than temperature. Whether evaporative aggregate cooling does anything useful depends on the humidity, which is why a control that works in Phoenix does very little in Atlanta.
- Overnight relief. Where the overnight low stays high, the free option of a night pour buys less than the schedule sacrifice costs.
- Season length. A long season makes an installed plant-side system pay off. A short one usually points to a mobile setup for a single summer.
- The governing agency. Every state DOT writes its hot-weather and mass concrete provisions differently, and special provisions on individual contracts routinely tighten them.
- Haul distance. In sparsely served regions a load can leave the plant inside spec and arrive outside it, which moves cooling to the point of placement.
Southwest and Mountain
The hardest placement-temperature climates in the country. Low humidity means evaporative aggregate cooling actually works here, but the ambient baseline is high enough that it frequently is not enough.
Texas and Gulf Coast
The longest cooling season paired with the largest mass concrete placements in industrial construction. High humidity on the coast undercuts evaporative methods exactly where the sections are thickest.
Southeast
Humid heat that extends the season at both ends and keeps overnight temperatures high, which means a night pour gives back less schedule than it costs. Evaporative aggregate cooling underperforms throughout.
Mid-Atlantic and Midwest
Shorter seasons, but concentrated data center and advanced manufacturing construction that will not wait for cooler weather. Producers here are least likely to have permanent cooling infrastructure in place.
